Pronouncing the language:

W: As in "put" (short) or "soon" (long). Thus "Cwm" is "KOOM"

Y: Like the vowel written "u", soft: as in "bunch". Thus "Brydw" is "BRUHDOO".

Treat everything else like English. Welsh is much more complicated, but we'll simplify, OK?
