The Rasputin
A nightclub on Coney Island Avenue in Brighton Beach. Owned by Vladimir Zilber, it is ostensibly the headquarters of Zilber's Mob, under Igor Porotsky's control. Although the club technically sells no alcohol, patrons bring their own and the club is well known for drunken antics and cheap women in fake diamonds.
Gastronom Odessa
Sidewalk cafe and social club in Brighton Beach. Originally the primary base of operations for the Organizatsiya under Biba Nayfeld, it is currently under the control of the Potato Bag Gang. The club is owned on paper by Igor Roitzman and is the infrequent hangout of celebrities such as Taylor Dane.
The National
The National, located on Brighton Beach Avenue, is an expensive upscale Russian restaurant with elaborate performances and floor shows. The decor is golden and glamorous, and events include the "queen for the evening" contest and unofficial gay dance nights. Although ostensibly owned by the Organizatsiya, the National was considered neutral ground between the factions.
Chicken Masters
A local fast food restaurant serving chicken, ribs and seafood. Ilya's aunt Marfa works here, and as a result the backroom has become a regular meeting place for the Potato Bag gang.
Friendly Cleaners
Friendly cleaners, owned and operated by Joe Pavlik, is within the Zilber's Mob territory. As a result Joe was roughly encouraged to pay his "krisha", protection money, to Emile Puzyretsky. Unfortunately for the Potato Bag gang, Joe's daughter Sarah is an Assistant District Attorney with a new reason to focus on the mafiya.
Manhattan Detention Complex
Better known as "the Tombs", the MDC is where Misha and Emile Puzyretsky are jailed after the Organizatsiya gang war. The jail is made up of two towers, connect by a walking bridge. The older South tower holds 381 prisoners, while the brand new North tower (opened in 1990) holds 500. Other noteworthy prisoners include Danny Pagano of the Genovese family and Chris Whitley of the white power gang Unit 88.
